Delivery Information

Burhouse Limited supplies all goods on a trade only basis under our Trade Terms & Conditions.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery, and goods must be checked on arrival.

Delivery Charges

Current UK delivery rates are shown at checkout after entering your address.
For international orders, delivery is calculated at point of dispatch and our sales team will contact you with options and take payment.
Delivery charges include packing and insurance. VAT is charged on all UK orders.

Trade Member Accounts qualify for Free UK Delivery:

0–10%Trade Member Accounts – orders over £200 (after discounts, before VAT)
12.5%+Trade Member Accounts – orders over £50 (after discounts, before VAT)

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
During peak periods, dispatch may take longer, please check the homepage banner for any service updates.
If you require your goods urgently, please select Next Day Delivery at checkout for priority dispatch.

Delivery Methods

We use Royal Mail Tracked and DPD to ensure reliable, fully tracked delivery.
Courier selection may vary depending on weight, value and destination.
Please note we cannot dispatch to third-party addresses - all deliveries must go to the account holder’s registered address.

Next Day & Saturday Delivery

Next Day Delivery: Available on orders placed Monday–Thursday before 11.30am.

Saturday Delivery: Available on parcels under 2kg via Royal Mail Special Delivery (surcharge £10–£20 depending on weight).
Please contact us if you require Saturday delivery - we’ll confirm the rate before dispatch.

Click & Collect

Trade members can collect orders from our Huddersfield warehouse.
Please allow 24 hours for processing (orders placed over weekends will be ready on Tuesday).
Collections are from the delivery entrance.
If you wish to visit the showroom, appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Amended Postage & Add-to Orders

Occasionally, the website-calculated postage may be incorrect for large or heavy parcels.
We will adjust this at dispatch and contact you for payment if required.
‘Add to’ requests can only be accepted on the same day an order is placed. Once processed, orders cannot be amended.

Free Delivery Offers

From time to time, we offer Free UK Delivery promotions advertised via our newsletter, social media, or website.
These offers apply to UK, Jersey, and Guernsey addresses only (before VAT).
We reserve the right to use the courier of our choice and cannot amend or combine orders once placed.

Inspection on Delivery

Please check all goods upon arrival and report any shortages, errors, or visible defects within 14 days of receipt.

After this period, we cannot accept claims relating to delivery or condition.
