No Minimum Order & Fast Delivery

Order the jewellery supplies you need, when you need them. Burhouse has no minimum order for online purchases, with tracked UK delivery, free delivery thresholds for trade members and trade member click & collect available from our Huddersfield warehouse.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order for online purchases.

Whether you need a small top-up order or a larger trade restock, you can order online at a quantity that suits your business.

Delivery Information

Burhouse Limited supplies goods on a trade-only basis under our Trade Terms & Conditions.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to courier delays.

Goods should be checked on arrival and any shortages, errors or visible defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Delivery Charges

Current UK delivery rates are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

For international orders, delivery is calculated at the point of dispatch. Our sales team will contact you with delivery options and take payment before dispatch.

Delivery charges include packing and insurance. VAT is charged on UK orders where applicable..

Trade Member Free UK Delivery

Trade member accounts qualify for free UK delivery when the order value reaches the qualifying threshold after discounts and before VAT.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday.

During peak periods, dispatch may take longer. Please check the homepage banner for current service updates.

If your order is urgent, please select Next Day Delivery at checkout for priority dispatch.

Delivery Methods

We use Royal Mail Tracked and DPD for reliable, fully tracked delivery.

Courier selection may vary depending on parcel weight, value and destination.

Please note that we cannot dispatch to third-party addresses. Orders must be delivered to the account holder’s registered address.

Next Day & Saturday Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday before 11.30am.
Next Day Delivery refers to the delivery service selected. Orders must still be placed before the cut-off time to qualify for priority dispatch.

Saturday Delivery is available on parcels under 2kg via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A surcharge of £10–£20 applies depending on parcel weight.

Please contact us if you require Saturday delivery and we will confirm the rate before dispatch. 

Click & Collect

Trade members can collect orders from our Huddersfield warehouse.

Please allow 24 hours for processing. Orders placed over the weekend will usually be ready on Tuesday. We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready.

Collections are from the delivery entrance.

If you would like to browse the showroom when collecting your order, our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm, and trade members are welcome to visit during these hours.

Postage Adjustments & Add-to-Order Requests

Occasionally, website-calculated postage may be incorrect for large, heavy or unusual parcels.

If postage needs to be adjusted, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional payment required.

Add-to-order requests can only be accepted on the same day the original order is placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be amended.

Free Delivery Offers

From time to time, we offer free UK delivery promotions through our newsletter, social media or website.

Free delivery offers apply to UK, Jersey and Guernsey addresses only. Qualifying order values are calculated after discounts and before VAT, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to use the courier of our choice. Orders cannot be amended or combined once placed.

Inspection on Delivery

Please check all goods upon arrival and report any shortages, errors or visible defects within 14 days of receipt.

After this period, we cannot accept claims relating to delivery errors, shortages or visible condition issues.
