Burhouse supplies jewellery findings, chains, gemstone beads, cabochons, sterling silver components, plated metals, charms, pendants and ready-to-retail jewellery to jewellery designers, makers, gift shops, craft businesses and artists across the UK.
As a trade member, you can benefit from quantity price breaks, annual spend discounts, trade-only clearance lines, free UK delivery thresholds and access to our Yorkshire showroom.
Discount Structure
If you are an established business buyer requiring regular or bulk quantities, you can apply for a Burhouse trade account.
Trade members can access:

Trade discounts are based on your spend on invoiced goods, excluding VAT, within each calendar year.
When an invoiced order takes your calendar-year spend into the next discount tier, your account will be moved onto that discount level for future orders.
Discounts apply to future orders only and are not applied retrospectively to previous orders.
At the end of each calendar year, we review your total invoiced spend excluding VAT. If your spend meets the level required for your current discount tier, that discount will continue into the next calendar year.
If your spend does not meet the required level, your account will be moved to the appropriate discount tier for the new calendar year.

10% Trade Accounts
Free UK delivery on orders over £100

12.5% & 15% Trade Accounts
Free UK delivery on orders over £50
Includes priority dispatch and a 24-hour delivery service.
Free delivery thresholds apply to UK mainland orders only and are calculated after discounts and before VAT. Delivery services and dispatch times may vary during peak periods.

Who Can Apply?
To keep our trade membership suitable for business buyers, we ask applicants to provide proof of trading. This can include one of the following:
- business website address
- Facebook business page
- Etsy shop or other online marketplace shop
- VAT number if applicable
- 2 business invoices
- reference from another Burhouse Trade Member
- business cheque book
- existing website spend of over £200

Burhouse Limited Credit Account
Established trade members may apply for a Burhouse Limited credit account after a period of trading with us. Credit accounts are subject to approval and third-party credit checks.
Approved credit account holders have 30 days from the invoice date to make payment. Statements are sent by email. To enquire about a credit account, please contact sales@burhouse.com or call 01484 485100.
