Discount Structure

If you are an established business buyer requiring bulk quantities and further discounts, you can apply for a trade membership with us to access:
• Quantity Price Breaks
• Further Trade Discounts (see table)
• Free UK postage on orders over qualifying value 
• Accounts on 12.5%+ receive free priority next day dispatch
• Access to our Trade Showroom (by appointment)
• Clearance lines at 50-75% off
Spend before VAT

Discounts are manually reviewed at the start of each calendar year.  In order to carry a discount status into the following year, the annual spend, as indicated above, must be reached.  If this annual spend is not reached, the discount status will be recalculated according to the actual spend in the previous year.  This may result in reverting back to a lower discount status or losing the discount all together.

Trade Member Delivery Discounts

Free Delivery over £200
Members at 0%, 5% & 10% discount levels receive Free Standard Delivery on Orders over £200* UK Mainland (*after discounts & before VAT).

Free Delivery over £50 and Priority Dispatch
Members at 12.5% & 15% discount level receive Free Standard Delivery on Orders over £50* UK Mainland (*after discounts & before VAT) and Priority Dispatch (The dispatch of your order will be expediated, this is usually next day dispatch but may take longer at busier times.)

 

 
To apply for a trade membership we require one of the following as proof of trading.

• Business website address/Facebook business page/ Etsy shop etc

• VAT number (will only have VAT number if over £85,000 sales)

• 2 business invoices – either utility bills to business name or invoices from other wholesale suppliers

• Reference from another Burhouse Limited Trade Member

• Business cheque book

• An existing spend on our website of over £200

Burhouse Limited Credit Account

Trade members may apply for a Credit account after a period of trading. We use a third party to credit check before agreement to terms. To apply for a credit account please contact sales@burhouse.com or call 01484 485100.

Credit Account Holders have 30 Days from the invoice date to make payments.  Statements are sent by email, if you require a paper copy please contact sales@burhouse.com .

All goods remain the property of Burhouse Ltd until paid for by the customer. If the customer fails to do so, Burhouse Ltd may recover the goods on entering the customers premises or those of any third party for that purpose.
