You can purchase from us at wholesale prices (ex VAT) without holding a Burhouse Trade Member account.

By registering for a web account, you confirm that you are purchasing for business use or resale and agree to our Trade Terms & Conditions.

Once your account is created, established businesses can apply to become a Burhouse Trade Member to access additional price tiers, discounts and more.

How to Order

We are happy to accept orders via the following methods:

  • Online: through your registered account

  • Telephone: 01484 485100

  • Email: sales@burhouse.com

  • Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.


Payment

We accept online payment by all major credit and debit cards via Trust Payments, ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal.

If paying by PayPal, we may need to contact you if the amount differs from the authorised total (for example, where incorrect shipping has been selected).
If paying by credit card, funds may be taken up to the authorised amount before we contact you.
Goods will not be dispatched until all funds have cleared.

Trade Members may also pay by BACS, cash, or cheque (goods released once funds have cleared). 
Please quote your invoice or account number when paying by BACS, and email sales@burhouse.com once payment has been made to avoid delay.

We also offer 30 day credit accounts, application required. Please contact our sales office for more information on how to apply.


Telephone Orders

Before placing an order by phone, please have the SKU or product reference numbers ready.
This ensures your order is processed accurately.
We cannot accept liability for errors where product codes are not provided.

If paying by card, please have your details ready when calling.


Click & Collect (Trade Members Only)

Burhouse Trade Members may collect orders from our premises in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
We’ll contact you once your order is ready usually within 24–48 hours.
If you wish to visit our showroom during collection, please book an appointment in advance.


Order Adjustments

If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made, and a new order will be required (subject to separate postage costs).


Stock Levels

Occasionally, stock levels may vary.
If we are unable to fulfil an item, we will notify you upon order dispatch or contact you directly to discuss alternatives.

For larger quantities or backorders, please contact us for lead times.
You can also set up stock reminders on our website for individual items.


Invoices

Invoices are sent by email.
A dispatch note will be included with your parcel.


Prices & VAT

  • All prices are shown in GBP and exclusive of VAT.

  • VAT will be added at the current rate.

  • We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

NETT products are already offered at our lowest possible price.
No further discounts or offers apply to NETT or Clearance items.


Product Samples

Samples are available upon request and will be charged at the standard price.


Products

Occasionally, products may vary slightly from images shown online or in our catalogue due to manufacturing variations or updates.

Items marked with an asterisk (*) are being discontinued, these are available only while stocks last and where already discounted, are not eligible for further discounts.


Bespoke & Volume Production

If you require large volumes or custom production of an item not currently in stock, our purchasing team can assist.
We work closely with our manufacturers and can facilitate bespoke manufacturing, including in-house jewellery production using our own components.

Christmas & Seasonal Orders

For large seasonal orders, please allow 8–12 weeks lead time.
We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery, particularly for high-demand Christmas lines.


Free Delivery & Promotional Terms

For all promotions, spend thresholds apply before VAT.

  • Free delivery promotions are sent via the courier or service of our choice.

  • If you require expedited delivery, please select a paid shipping option.

  • NETT and Clearance items are excluded from all discounts and promotions and must be placed on a separate order.
