Our website allows anyone to purchase at our low prices.
Trade buyers - sign up for a Trade account to access further discounts, price quantity breaks so the more you buy the cheaper the price and Free UK Post on qualifying orders, please see our Trade account details for further information.
How to orderWe are happy to accept orders via the following methods: online, telephone or email.
Our business hours are: Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
PaymentWe accept online payment by all major credit cards via Trust Payments and PayPal online.
If paying by PayPal, we may need to contact you if the amount differs from the order total authorised when placing your order. If paying by credit card, we are legally entitled to take funds up to a certain amount before we are required to contact you. Goods will not be dispatched until remaining monies are paid. This may occur if incorrect shipping has been selected.
We can also accept payment from Trade account holders by Bacs, cash or cheque (goods will not be released until cheque funds have cleared). If paying by Bacs, please quote the invoice or a/c number in the reference part. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org once payment is made via this method so your order can be released as soon as the funds are received.
Telephone ordersBefore placing an order by telephone, please ensure you have the details of the items you wish to order. To ensure your order is processed as quickly and accurately as possible, quote the SKU/item reference number. We cannot be held responsible for errors if item reference numbers are not provided. If you are paying by credit card, have your card details ready.
Click & CollectTrade account holders - you may collect your order from our premises in Huddersfield West Yorkshire. We will contact you when goods are ready to collect, this is usually 24/48 hours later. Please note if you wish to visit the showroom whilst collecting goods, please book an appointment ahead.
Order adjustmentsIf you need to make any adjustments to orders please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed you will be required to place a new order which will be subject to separate postage costs.
Stock levelsOccasionally our stock levels may be incorrect. If we are unable to fulfil any of your order depending on the quantity/value, you will be notified with the order or a member of our sales team will contact you to advise options. We do offer the option of back orders for large quantities.
If an item is out of stock or you require a large quantity please give us a call for delivery dates or to place a back order. Stock reminders can also be placed on the website.
InvoicesInvoices are sent by email. You will receive a dispatch note with you order.
PricesWe reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP).
VATVAT will be added at the current rate in all cases.
NETT ProductsAll items marked as NETT (No Extra Trading Terms) are already at our lowest possible price, no further discounts or offers can be applied.
Product samplesWe are happy to send samples of our products. These will be charged for in all cases
ProductsOccasionally, products may vary slightly from the images shown in our catalogue or on this website.
Items where the product description starts with * are being discontinued. Once all stock is sold, these items will no longer be available. No further discounts can be applied to these items.
